Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, job portals, referrals, internal databases, and other channels.
- Perform Boolean and advanced keyword searches to identify suitable candidates for technical roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Review and shortlist resumes based on technical skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates' technical background, communication skills, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, feedback, offer negotiation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand hiring priorities and ensure timely closure of requirements.




- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills
- 1 –7 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, keyword search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Ability to develop effective Boolean search strings for various IT technologies and job roles.
- Valuable understanding of IT technologies, technical job descriptions, and industry terminology.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and candidate relationship management skills.
