Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of EX platform implementation and configuration engagements for assigned End Clients.
- Oversee project governance, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and project documentation.
- Act as the primary delivery point of contact for assigned EX client accounts, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and manage dependencies across EX PS workstreams.
- Produce and maintain high-quality delivery documentation including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and client handover packs.
- Facilitate client-facing delivery governance meetings, sprint reviews, and executive steering committees.
- Translate client requirements into delivery plans and configuration briefs for technical teams.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and blockers to EX PS leadership
