Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain integrated project master schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Prepare baseline schedules covering design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Establish project milestones and critical paths aligned with business objectives.
- Develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules for project execution.

Project Monitoring & Control
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines and identify schedule variances.
- Conduct delay analysis, recovery planning, and mitigation strategies.
- Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Track project KPIs related to cost, schedule, productivity, and resource utilization.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, MEP, QS, and Commercial teams.
- Interface with consultants, contractors, and project management teams for schedule adherence.
- Facilitate project review meetings and ensure closure of action items.

Risk Management




- Identify project risks and bottlenecks affecting timelines.
- Prepare mitigation plans and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor contractual milestones and support claims management related to delays and extensions of time.

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare project status reports, S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and variance analyses.
- Present project progress and forecasts to senior management.
- Maintain planning databases and project documentation.

Cost & Resource Management
- Support budgeting and cash-flow forecasting.
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity trends.
- Coordinate with commercial and QS teams for cost control and project forecasting.

Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial real estate projects such as IT Parks, Commercial Towers, Mixed-use Developments, Business Parks, Malls, or High-rise Commercial Buildings.
