We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valuable knowledge of English; Malayalam is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, automobile, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and google sheets.




- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Coordinate with the operations/service team to ensure timely customer support.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, bookings, services, and feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and business targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
