Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Manager who will play a critical role in finalizing deals and ensuring smooth transaction closures. The ideal candidate will manage negotiations, build trust with clients, handle documentation, and work closely with developers, bankers, and legal teams to ensure a seamless property buying experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end deal closures with prospective buyers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment schedules to align with client and developer expectations.
- Coordinate with clients for documentation, agreements, and registrations.
- Liaise with banks for home loan processing and disbursements.




- Ensure timely completion of all legal and financial formalities.
- Maintain excellent client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Work closely with the sales and pre-sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly closure and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Real Estate background preferred).
- 1-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales/closing manager role.
- Strong knowledge of Pune real estate market, especially Kharadi and East Pune.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-value clients and premium property transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
