About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, confident and growth-oriented Travel Consultant who can understand clients' travel requirements, suggest the right travel solutions and successfully convert leads into bookings.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable international and domestic travel packages.

This is not just a regular sales position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with TRIPTOKART, take ownership, develop leadership skills and eventually take responsibility for managing a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming travel leads through calls, WhatsApp,



email and other communication channels.
- Understand the client's travel requirements, budget, preferences, duration and expectations.
- Prepare and suggest customized travel itineraries and packages according to client requirements.
- Explain package inclusions, hotels, flights, sightseeing, transfers, activities, visas and other travel services.
- Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate and communicate effectively with clients while maintaining company margins.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the operations team, hotels, airlines, DMCs and other vendors whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and conversions.
- Achieve individual monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals
