About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Purchase with 35 years of experience in real estate procurement. The candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing activities for residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring timely procurement, competitive pricing, quality, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and purchase activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and commercial terms.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, work orders, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with project, construction, engineering, finance, and other internal teams for procurement requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, quality,



and adherence to agreed terms.
- Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and procurement documentation.
- Support cost negotiation, cost-saving initiatives, and budget control.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approval processes.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Tech/B.E., B.Com, or relevant qualification preferred.
- 35 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate projects will be preferred.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of purchase processes, commercial terms, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic procurement/ERP systems.
- Positive communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
