About the Role

We're looking for a Senior SEO Manager to own end-to-end SEO and GEO strategy for a portfolio of B2B clients — from technical audits to keyword strategy to AI-citation visibility. This is a cross-functional leadership role: you'll be the primary client contact for SEO, and you'll direct and coordinate the internal Content, Tech, and Off-Page (outreach) teams to execute against your strategy.

Responsibilities
- Own SEO and GEO strategy for a portfolio of B2B client accounts, aligned to their revenue and pipeline goals
- Be the primary point of contact for clients on all things SEO/GEO — present strategy, reporting, and recommendations directly
- Lead technical SEO audits (site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, indexation) and work with the Tech team to get fixes implemented
- Build keyword and topic clusters that balance traditional SEO with GEO/AI-citation strategy




- Direct and review content briefs and output from the Content team to ensure SEO/GEO alignment
- Coordinate with the Off-Page/Outreach team on link-building priorities tied to strategy
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and AI-surface citations (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot); tie results back to leads/revenue
- Mentor the Junior SEO Analyst and act as the escalation point across Content, Tech, and Outreach teams

Requirements
- 4–6 years in SEO, with proven, hands-on experience in GEO (AI/LLM search optimization) — must-have, not optional
- At least 1–2 years managing client accounts or a small cross-functional team
- Proven experience with B2B SEO (agency-side strongly preferred)
- Robust hands-on knowledge of Ahrefs/Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog
- Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
- Excellent client-facing communication — written and verbal
- Comfortable directing work across content, tech, and
