We are looking for an experienced JasperReports Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, maintaining and optimizing reports for ERP / CRM applications.

The candidate should have strong expertise in JasperReports / Jaspersoft, PLSQL and report development, along with a good understanding of ERP/CRM business processes.

Knowledge of ERP functional areas such as FA (Finance & Accounting), MM (Material Management), SD (Sales & Distribution) and PP (Production Planning) will be highly preferred.

The candidate should also be interested in utilizing AI-assisted development tools to accelerate report development, SQL preparation, troubleshooting, optimization, testing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop skilled JasperReports for ERP / CRM applications.
- Develop JasperReports templates using Jaspersoft Studio / JasperReports.
- Create complex reports using PLSQL queries, subreports, parameters, variables and expressions.
- Develop tabular, summary,



analytical and MIS reports.
- Develop PDF, Excel, CSV and other report outputs as required.
- Create reports based on functional requirements from Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production and other departments.
- Develop reports using multiple tables and complex joins.
- Optimize PLSQL queries for better report performance.
- Troubleshoot report formatting, data and performance issues.
- Modify existing reports based on changing business requirements.
- Work with developers and functional teams to understand ERP/CRM transaction flows.
- Validate report data against ERP transaction and accounting records.
- Support production issues related to reports.
- Maintain report templates, versions and technical documentation.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate report development and improve productivity.
