- 12-18+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, CRE Governance, Commercial Governance, Contract Management, Risk, Compliance, or related functions.
- Strong experience in Corporate Real Estate project governance covering site acquisition, expansion, consolidation, exits, CAPEX, fit-outs, and workplace projects.
- Proven expertise in Contract & Commercial Governance - contract review, interpretation, amendments, change management, negotiations, RFPs, pricing and commercial models.
- Strong Vendor / Third-Party Governance experience covering IFM/FM, construction, outsourcing vendors, supplier performance, compliance and remediation.
- Robust exposure to financial governance including budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX, accruals, prepayments, spend management, cost controls, business cases and ROI.




- Hands-on experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit & Controls, including risk assessment/mitigation, SOX/internal controls, audit readiness, issue remediation and governance reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management across Legal, Finance, Procurement, CRE, Compliance and Business Leadership, with proven negotiation, influencing and advisory capabilities.
- Exposure to CRE technology and transformation such as IWMS/CAFM, Planon, Archibus, ServiceNow Workplace, CLM, Power BI/Excel analytics, AI/automation, with global/MNC and India/APAC exposure preferred.
