Role Summary

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building the initial sales pipeline, and supporting the pre-sales/business development team in converting opportunities into revenue.



You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients across cybersecurity services and product resale, working closely with the senior sales team to move deals through the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research, identify, and build a database of target accounts across BFSI, enterprise, healthcare, and government sectors.
- Generate outbound leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups on inbound enquiries.
- Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or equivalent frameworks before handing off to the senior sales/pre-sales team.
- Track and update all leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM (Zoho CRM) with accurate notes and pipeline stage.
