Role & responsibilities
- Support Talent Review Processes
Help coordinate talent review activities across different teams and departments.
- Maintain Employee Talent Data
Update and manage employee information related to performance, potential, and career development.
- Prepare Reports and Dashboards
Create easy reports and dashboards to track talent metrics and support decision-making.
- Assist in Succession Planning
Help identify and track potential future leaders and maintain succession planning records.
- Support HR Projects and Process Improvements
Participate in talent management projects and help improve HR processes, templates, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders
Work with HR teams and business stakeholders to collect information, prepare presentations, and support talent initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication skill

Hands-on experience on Excel

Comfortable with 5 days work from office
