We focus on advanced surgical and reconstructive ophthalmology, with deep expertise in pediatric vision correction, strabismus management, and ocular plastic surgery. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive clinical assessments and surgical interventions for pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus patients.
- Perform complex ocular plastic and reconstructive procedures—including ptosis repair, lacrimal surgery, and orbital tumor management.
- Diagnose and treat binocular vision disorders, amblyopia, and pediatric eye alignment issues with evidence-based protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care for complex pediatric and reconstructive cases.




- Conduct regular outreach programs and community vision screenings to expand access to early pediatric eye care.
- Train junior residents and medics in pediatric ophthalmology, strabismus, and occuloplasty techniques.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Ophthalmology specialization with formal fellowship or advanced training in Paediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus
- Oculoplasty surgical expertise including eyelid, lacrimal, and orbital reconstructive procedures
- Experience managing strabismus and amblyopia in children under 12 years
- Proficiency in surgical planning and execution using modern microsurgical instruments and techniques
- Current medical license valid for practice in India
- Solid record of patient outcomes documentation and surgical complication management

Preferred
- Membership or fellowship in AOI, INOS, or equivalent professional ophthalmology society
- Experience working in tier-2 or tier-3 Indian h
