Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client requirements, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Generate and follow up on leads to drive business growth.
- Meet customers and maintain regular communication.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities.
- Achieve assigned business and performance targets.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Relationship Management, Banking, Insurance, or a similar field.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹32,000 per month
Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000 per month
