Job Description:
- Drive student enrolments by converting leads into successful admissions
- Execute sales and recruitment strategies to achieve monthly intake targets
- Handle student inquiries through calls, follow-ups, and counselling sessions
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and guide them through the enrolment process
- Monitor inquiry-to-enrolment conversion rates and implement strategies to improve performance
- Ensure a smooth and positive admission experience for students

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Excellent communication skills.
- 1- 2 years in Education counsellor/ Customer care/call Centre
