Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for issues related to Windows OS, Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and Mac systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems using various tools and techniques to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Document all interactions with customers in a explicit and concise manner to maintain accurate records.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as an analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, network troubleshooting, international voice process (IVP), and technical voice process (TVP).
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
