Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate – Sr Legal role based in Hyderabad. The role involves drafting, reviewing,



and managing a wide range of legal documents and contracts related to construction, real estate, and infrastructure projects. The Associate – Sr Legal will provide legal opinions on property-related matters, assist in due diligence, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing legal issues arising from project execution, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel, and supporting dispute resolution and litigation management as required. The role also includes maintaining accurate legal records, monitoring regulatory changes impacting the business, and contributing to risk management and governance initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
