We at Buycement, is actively hiring for a Sales/Marketing Officer/ Relationship Manager to foster strong relationships with our clients. The officer’s responsibilities also include seeking out recent business opportunities, providing clients with knowledgeable advice, guiding their choices, promptly resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.

To be successful as a relationship manager you should be able to build positive, long-term relationships and support clients in the decision-making process by identifying solutions that most closely meet our needs.

Roles and Responsibilities –

· Need to generate business leads for the company, prepare and maintain reports

· Travel to locations to advocate supply of products to the customers they have targeted and the ones who they are already dealing with

· Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services





· Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favourable agreement for both

· Track and record metrics throughout sales process

· Meet and exceed financial goals

· Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

Scope of Work: –

· Converting sales lead to Order

· Maintaining record of sales pipeline

· Following up collections against dispatches

· Making sales MIS reports

· Handling customer service issues

Key Skillsets –

· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· He/she should be excellent with verbal communication

· Should be competitive and confident

· Should be able to take initiatives and work on their own to achieve targets

· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaint

· Should have good knowledge of the industry
