About the Role

You'll talk to clients to understand exactly what they need, then turn it into a complete, working solution: applications, workflows, rules, automations, dashboards and web portals. You'll build with AI at your side and own each solution from the first conversation to the finished product. This role suits people who think in logic and data, work step by step, and get the details right

Key Responsibilities:

Understand what's needed and design an application that fits the platform and solves the problem.

Build quick prototypes; put together a working version fast to test ideas and show clients early.

Use AI tools, our AI configurator and assistants like Claude to build and review faster, checking every output.

Own the whole solution: build the applications, workflows, automations, rules, tasks, letters, dashboards, and web portals, and bring them together into one working product.

Quality assurance: test everything and run each change through the checklists end-to-end before it goes live.

Change live solutions safely: review your own work, get a teammate to check it,



then apply.

Documentation: keep clear notes so the work is easy to follow and hand over.

it, with hands-on mentoring and plenty of room to grow into deeper solution-building, dashboards and web

development.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or a
