- Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's reach in the market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop joint go-to-market plans and ensure alignment across sales channels.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize partner relationships and improve overall revenue growth.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in channel sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective channel development strategies.
- Robust understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends, technologies, and players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
