We are looking for a Video Editor Intern who understands short-form content, has a good sense of storytelling, and can turn raw footage into engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and LinkedIn videos.
- Turn raw footage from shoots into engaging, high-retention content.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music, B-roll, and graphics.
- Create strong hooks and pacing to improve viewer retention.
- Work with the content and social media team to understand scripts and storylines.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form content pieces.
- Follow current social media editing trends and experiment with recent formats.
- Maintain consistent visual and editing quality across Growbro.ai's content.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver videos within deadlines.

What We're Looking For
- Students or recent graduates interested in Video Editing, Film,



Media, Mass Communication, or Content Creation.
- Good knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, and visual composition.
- Understanding of Reels, Shorts, YouTube content, and social media trends.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and handle multiple videos.
- Motion graphics and basic animation skills are a plus.

Important

We're looking for someone who doesn't just know how to cut clips, but understands what makes people stop scrolling and watch a video till the end.

Portfolio is required. Please share your previous Reels, YouTube videos, edits, or other video work while applying.

Potential for a full-time opportunity based on performance.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹33,813.86 per month
