in Hyderabad to own our recruitment efforts and support the broader HR and administrative functions of a growing technology company.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist will be responsible primarily for
end-to-end recruitment
, while also supporting HR operations, employee administration, and general administrative activities.

This is a hands-on role suited to a
young, driven and goal-oriented HR professional
who enjoys taking ownership and working in a fast-paced startup environment.



You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand requirements, build candidate pipelines, manage the interview process, and help us hire high-quality talent across
SAP, Data & Analytics, Cloud, AI, and other technology areas
.

As the company grows, this role will have the opportunity to expand into broader HR responsibilities and play an important role in building our HR function and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment:
Own the recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring requirements through sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer rollout and onboarding.
- Technical Recruitment:
Source and recruit candidates across SAP and other technology areas including Data & Analytics, AI and software development.
- Candidate Sourcing:
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks and other channels to build solid candidate
