Job Summary

We are looking for a Feedback Caller to connect with customers, collect feedback regarding their experience, identify concerns, and maintain accurate records. The candidate will be responsible for regular follow-ups with customers and coordinating with the concerned departments to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and collect feedback about their experience.
- Conduct feedback calls after customer interactions, site visits, bookings, or other relevant activities.
- Record customer feedback accurately in CRM/Excel/software.
- Identify customer complaints, concerns, and areas of dissatisfaction.
- Escalate important complaints to the concerned Sales, CRM, or Management team.
- Follow up with customers regarding unresolved issues.
- Maintain daily calling and feedback reports.




- Ensure proper documentation of customer responses and complaints.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with management.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and feedback targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Qualification
- Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
