Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Hostel Warden to manage and supervise our student hostel. The role involves ensuring the safety, discipline, well-being, and day-to-day support of students residing in the hostel.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support students in their daily hostel activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students.
- Manage daily hostel routines, timings, and attendance.
- Maintain discipline and a positive hostel environment.
- Address students' day-to-day concerns and requirements.
- Coordinate with management and parents when required.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Maintain basic hostel records and reports.
- Handle hostel-related issues responsibly and professionally.

Requirements




- 0–1 year of experience in hostel management, student supervision, mentoring, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and approachable.
- Ability to manage and guide students effectively.
- Previous experience in a hostel or educational environment is an advantage.
