Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in Madurai. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, managing leads, and converting prospects into clients.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and an understanding of web development, mobile app development, SaaS, and software services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in the US, UK, Europe, and Canada.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, online research, and other channels.
- Connect with decision-makers and introduce our IT services.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Handle the complete lead generation and follow-up process.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, RFP responses, and business presentations.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and prepare appropriate solutions.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Work closely with the Founder/Management Team to convert qualified leads into projects.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Software Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in international client acquisition is preferred.
- Good knowledge of lead generation and cold outreach.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach.
- Good understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS, or IT Services.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
