The role

Own the top line for Altrus's clinical services. This is a revenue leadership role, not a communications role. You are accountable for footfall, service-line growth, and the cost of acquiring a patient across all specialities that the hospital has to offer today and in the future. You build the demand engine, run the referral network, and hold marketing spend to a return.

Altrus is a digital-first hospital with an in-house data and automation stack (HIS, WhatsApp patient journeys, CRM). You'll use it, not fight it. You also carry the brand for an institution with a social-impact mandate and a paediatric charitable programme, so growth and reputation are the same job here.

What you'll own

Revenue & service-line growth
- Hit monthly and quarterly targets for OPD footfall, IPD admissions, deliveries, and high-value procedures.
- Build and defend the P&L; logic of marketing: cost per lead, cost per admission, and revenue per service line. Kill channels that don't convert.
- Own pricing and package strategy for maternity, fertility,



and paediatric bundles in partnership with clinical and finance leadership.

Referral network & doctor relations
- Build a structured referral programme with OB-GYNs, paediatricians, GPs, and diagnostic centres across Dehradun and the wider Garhwal region.
- Run empanelment with TPAs, insurers, corporates, and government schemes; own the relationship and the volume it drives.
- Set up field business development with explicit coverage, call cadence, and tracked referral attribution.

Digital & demand generation
- Own performance marketing (Google, Meta, WhatsApp) against lead and admission targets, not vanity metrics.
- Hold agencies accountable to SLAs on lead volume, cost per lead, keyword rankings, and domain authority. Decide what stays with an agency and what comes in-house.
- Convert the existing automation stack (appointment reminders, vaccination recalls, review requests, patient journeys) into measurable retention and reactiv
