Job Description: Technical Expert – Windchill Development

Experience Range:
6–10 years

Location:
Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram

Technology Expertise:
PTC Windchill

Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Windchill customization (server-side, client-side, APIs, extensions)
- Deep understanding of Windchill system architecture
- Proficiency in Core & Advanced Java, REST APIs, JSON, and XML
- Working knowledge of CAD systems (preferably CATIA)

Good-to-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of the PTC Windchill product line, modules,



and technology stack
- Experience in enterprise application deployments and production support
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to resolve moderate to complex technical problems
- Proven capability to work in a cross-cultural, multi-location team environment
- Strong communication, coordination, and assertiveness for task ownership and stakeholder alignment
- Experience working in customer support environments

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, optimize, and validate code within the Windchill environment
- Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive code quality improvements
- Build custom Windchill solutions using APIs, customization frameworks, and extensions
- Analyze and resolve complex L3 development and production issues
- Conduct root-cause analysis for incidents and problems; implement effective fixes
- Maintain, support, and enhance existing
