We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Australian Migration Administrator to join our Chandigarh office and provide administrative and case-management support to our migration team.

About the Role

The Australian Migration Administrator will support migration agents and case managers with application preparation, document management, case tracking, client communication, and general administrative duties.

The successful candidate should have practical experience with Australian visa processes and be comfortable working with confidential client information, detailed documentation, and multiple cases at the same time.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in migration, immigration administration, visa processing, or a related field.




- Practical knowledge of Australian visa application processes and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with Australian visa categories and migration pathways.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents and application information.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional approach to client communication and internal coordination.
- Ability to identify administrative issues and escalate them to the appropriate team member.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or case-management systems.
- Experience using Australian immigration-related systems or portals is an advantage.
- Previous experience supporting a Registered Migration Agent or Australian migration team is preferred.
