Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled
Graphic Designer cum Video Editor
to join our Real Estate Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for our real estate projects, brand campaigns, social media platforms, digital advertising, property launches and marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
graphic designing, video editing, motion graphics and visual storytelling
, with an understanding of how to present real estate projects in an attractive and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design
- Create creative and engaging designs for real estate projects and brand campaigns.
- Design creatives for
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,



Google Ads and other digital platforms
.
- Design
brochures, flyers, leaflets, standees, hoardings, banners, invitations and project collaterals
.
- Create project launch creatives, offer creatives, festival creatives and campaign materials.
- Design presentations, sales decks and project marketing materials.
- Edit and enhance property photographs for marketing purposes.
- Create visuals showcasing
project amenities, floor plans, specifications, location advantages and USPs
.
- Ensure all creatives follow the company's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

2. Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit
property walkthrough videos, project videos, promotional videos, brand films and customer testimonials
.
- Create engaging
Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos
.
- Edit site-progress videos showcasing construction updates and project development.
- Create promotional videos highlighting pro
