Role Overview

We are seeking an productive and proactive
IT Helpdesk Coordinator
to join our IT operations team in
Chennai
. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT support, managing incident tickets, coordinating asset allocation, and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- IT Support & Ticketing:
Receive, log, prioritize, and track IT support requests using ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
- User Support & Escalation:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; escalate complex tickets to Tier 2/3 engineering teams.




- Asset & Access Management:
Coordinate IT asset issuing (laptops, peripherals), maintain inventory records, and handle user onboarding/offboarding IT setups.
- Vendor & Coordination:
Liaise with internal IT staff and third-party vendors for timely hardware repairs and software license renewals.
- Reporting:
Prepare weekly/monthly helpdesk SLA metrics and operational summaries.

Key Requirements
- Gender:

- Education:
Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (B.Sc / BCA / B.E / B.Tech).
- Experience:
2–5 years
in IT helpdesk coordination, desktop support, or IT service desk operations.
- Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS 365, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, and ticketing systems.
- Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service orientation, and multi-tasking abilities.
