Role Overview

We are looking for a Server Support Engineer to join our Uttar Pradesh operations team based in Lucknow. This role is critical to ensuring the uptime, security, and performance of the server infrastructure that powers our emergency call handling, dispatch, and ambulance tracking systems.



Since delays in system availability can directly impact emergency response times and lives saved, this position demands a high sense of responsibility and readiness for a mission-critical setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers supporting Emergency Response Center operations, call center applications, and dispatch systems.
- Monitor server health, performance, and uptime for 24x7 critical operations; respond promptly to incidents to minimize downtime.
- Perform regular backups, patching, and disaster recovery drills to safeguard emergency data and call records.
- Manage user access, server security, and compliance with data protection protocols for sensitive medical and emergency data.
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, network, and application-level issues on production servers.
- Coordinate with the network team to maintain connectivity between the Emergency Response Center, ambulance GPS/tracking systems,
