About the Role

The Risk & Governance Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing risk and governance framework across existing and future products, investment strategies, operating processes, and business functions.

This role will act as an independent control function, partnering with Investment, Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Distribution teams to strengthen decision-making, risk visibility, and governance standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Framework Development
- Design and continuously enhance risk management framework for the business.
- Develop policies, procedures, controls, and governance standards across all business activities.
- Establish risk appetite, risk limits, escalation mechanisms, and monitoring protocols.
- Ensure consistency of risk management practices across all products and business lines.

Investment & Product Risk Oversight
- Review and monitor risks associated with investment strategies and product structures.
- Evaluate market, liquidity,



leverage, concentration, and operational risks associated with new and existing offerings.
- Conduct risk assessments for new products before launch.
- Monitor risk exposures against approved parameters and governance standards.
- Recommend enhancements to improve risk-adjusted outcomes and investor protection.

Current Product Governance
- Participate in product design and approval processes.
- Develop risk assessment frameworks for new investment products and strategies.
- Maintain product approval, review, and change-management processes.
- Ensure risk, operational, technology, compliance, and scalability considerations are embedded into product development.

Governance & Control Framework
- Establish governance processes across investment, product, operations, and technology functions.
- Maintain and periodically review governance policies and decision-making protocols.
