Job Summary

We are looking for an HR-Finance Operations Executive
to handle day-to-day
HR operations along with finance-related activities
. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing employee-related processes and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Support recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and processes.

Finance Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation,



attendance, leave, payroll inputs, reimbursements, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee, HRMS, expense, invoice, vendor payment, and financial records.
- Handle employee queries, HR concerns, salary processing, deductions, reimbursements, and settlements.
- Support recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and implementation of HR policies.
- Track expenses and assist with
accounting, bank reconciliation, expense reconciliation, receivables, and payables
.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance teams and vendors for
invoices, bills, payments, financial transactions, and outstanding payments
.
- Prepare
monthly expense reports and finance MIS
and assist in maintaining
GST/TDS-related documents and records
.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, HR Admin, or similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting operations.
- Good knowledge
