As Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the overall sales function, developing sales strategies, managing senior sales teams, building a solid investor/client network, and achieving aggressive revenue and booking targets.

This is a leadership and revenue-ownership role for an individual with a proven track record in commercial real estate sales, property investments, or high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's sales and revenue strategy.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue numbers.
- Lead and mentor Sales Managers, Assistant Sales Managers, and Sales Executives.
- Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture.
- Drive commercial real estate sales and investment transactions.
- Develop relationships with HNI/UHNI investors, entrepreneurs, business owners, corporate clients, and investors.
- Personally participate in strategic negotiations and high-value deal closures.
- Build and expand relationships with channel partners, brokers, consultants, wealth managers, and referral networks.




- Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation qualification meeting site/office visit negotiation booking closure.
- Improve lead conversion, sales productivity, and overall team performance.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance meetings.
- Present sales performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and business development opportunities.

Experience:
- 10+ years of overall sales experience.
- Strong experience in Commercial Real Estate / Real Estate Investments / Property Sales / High-Value Sales.
- 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Proven experience managing and scaling sales tea
