Key Responsibilities
- Assist in inspection and quality control activities for ASME U Stamp pressure vessel fabrication.
- Review and maintain Material Test Certificates (MTC), Heat Numbers, Material Traceability and PMI records.
- Monitor fabrication activities such as fit-up, welding, dimensional inspection, PWHT, NDT and hydro/pneumatic testing.
- Verify welding activities against approved WPS, PQR and Welder Qualification Records (WPQ).
- Coordinate with production and NDT personnel for RT, UT, MT and PT requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, NDT Reports, Weld Maps, Inspection Checklists and Quality Records.
- Ensure fabrication activities comply with ASME VIII Div. 1, approved drawings, ITP/QAP and customer requirement
- Support the Authorized Inspector during hold points,



witness points and final inspection.
- Identify non-conformities and assist in preparing NCR, corrective action and closure documentation.
- Conduct final visual and dimensional inspections before dispatch.
- Maintain proper documentation and traceability throughout the complete manufacturing process
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 0–4 years in fabrication, pressure vessel, QA/QC or similar manufacturing industry

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
