Role Overview:
We are looking for a core Compensation & Benefits skilled to manage compensation strategy, benchmarking, annual compensation cycles and rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual compensation cycles including increments, promotions, bonuses and variable pay.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market mapping and compensation analysis.
- Manage salary structures, pay equity, job evaluation and grading frameworks.
- Design reward, recognition and retention programs.
- Manage C&B; processes and modules on Darwinbox HRMS.
- Prepare compensation MIS, dashboards and analytics for leadership.
- Partner with HRBPs, business leaders and Finance on compensation initiatives.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR with 68 years of experience.
- Strong core C&B; / Total Rewards experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in compensation benchmarking, annual reviews and variable pay.
- Darwinbox experience preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, Food, Beverage, Retail or Consumer businesses preferred.
