The Role

This is not a coordination role. This is full ownership of Shay's marketplace revenue engine. You will sit between the founder and the team, owning Amazon end to end, expanding to new channels, managing inventory planning, and building the operational backbone that allows Shay to scale to the next level.

You will directly manage a team who will be your hands for execution across different departments.

What You Will Own

Amazon
- End to end Seller Central management - account health, all key KPIs, listing hygiene
- FBA shipment creation, scheduling, tracking, label compliance and packaging standards
- Inbound logistics - courier coordination, FC-wise stock distribution across all fulfilment centres
- Stranded and unfulfillable inventory - resolved proactively, not reactively
- Return rate monitoring by ASIN - identifying root causes and fixing them
- Account health zero critical flags, proactive resolution of all policy issues

Inventory Planning
- Own inventory planning across all channels - Amazon, , website, quick commerce




- DRR-based reorder triggers - bestsellers never go out of stock
- Work with MIS team on daily inventory dashboard and 90-day forecast model
- Dead stock identification and liquidation - recover working capital efficiently
- Coordinate with Supply Chain team on reorder timelines and inbound planning

Marketplace Expansion
- Flipkart vendor model - onboarding, catalogue, SLA compliance, operational management
- Zepto, Instamart, First Club - operational onboarding as conversations convert
- Amazon UAE, Germany, USA - backend operational support as global channels open
- Website order processing - zero missed orders, daily oversight with warehouse
- Platform-specific compliance and catalogue management across all channels

Team Management
- Directly manage Performance Marketing team - ensure focus exclusively on Amazon ads and catalogue strategy, clear daily routine, weekly performance review
