Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced
Developer – Vault Quality
to design, implement, and optimize
Veeva Vault Quality (QMS)
solutions in
regulated life sciences (GxP)
environments.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with
Vault QMS, CSV/Validation, and regulated documentation
, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex technical and compliance requirements into transparent, client-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands on experience with end-to-end implementation of
Veeva Vault Quality
modules (QMS, Training, eTMF, QualityDocs)
- Act as functional SME for GxP processes (Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, Audits)
- Drive business workshops,
requirements gathering, and solution design
- Configure Vault Quality objects, workflows, lifecycle states, and security
- Partner with validation, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production hypercare
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on Veeva Vault Quality experience
- Active Veeva Vault Quality certification(s) (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of FDA, EMA, and GxP regulations
- Experience with global or enterprise Vault implementations
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Mandatory Certifications Required:
- Veeva Vault Quality Suite (QMS, eTMF, Training, Docs, etc.)
