JOB DESCRIPTION: Java Production Support Engineer L2/L3

Role: Java Production Support Engineer L2/L3

We are looking for a Java Production Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience in L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Core Java 8, SQL, and Unix/Linux, along with incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, and application support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues using Core Java 8, SQL, and Unix/Linux.
- Monitor application health, logs, alerts, and system performance.
- Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, RCA, and problem resolution.
- Handle Sev1/Sev2 production incidents and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
- Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.
- Use Unix/Linux commands for application monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting.




- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and other support teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in application health checks, deployments, and production releases.
- Maintain proper incident documentation and support knowledge articles.
