We are looking for a Field Technician to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain fragrance diffuser machines at customer locations. The candidate should have basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills and be comfortable with regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities
· Install and troubleshoot fragrance diffuser machines at customer locations.
· Carry out preventive maintenance and repair work.
· Refill fragrance oils and replace spare parts as required.
· Identify and resolve basic electrical and mechanical issues.
· Maintain service records and submit service reports.
· Coordinate with customers and ensure timely service.
· Travel to customer locations for installation and maintenance visits.
Requirements
· ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification/experience.
· 3–5 years of experience in field service, machine maintenance, or a similar technical role is preferred.
· Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
· Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
· Willingness to travel for field visits.
· Good communication and customer-handling skills.
