Support the implementation of projects through lab, pilot trials and process engineering expertise partnering with internal and external resources.

To collect data from lab experiments and do Mass & Energy Balance; coordinate with R&D; in making DoE for negative experiments.

Do Kinetic calculation and make DoE for Micro reactor trials.

Collect and analyse Microreactors /flow reactors trials for optimisation

Coordinate and support operating team for executing experiments at Process intensification lab.- Estimate and propose additional equipments, piping/instruments requirements for intensification trials.

Evaluate the intensification requests from business through checklist for feasibility.

Understand MSDS and process safety testing results and incorporate safety aspects in DoE and operations.

Prepare data sheets (TSS)



for additional equipment and evaluate vendor quotes and provide technical recommendations.

Able to create conceptual PFDs & concept layouts for process intensification projects

Utilize and interpret data from TSU, RC1 and different analytical instruments for example GC, HPLC, ICP etc.

Able to calculate and arrive at CAPEX figures for Class 4 estimation of process intensification proposal once concept is validated through intensification trials.

Should Participate in Hazop, PSSR of Process Intensification trials-Enquiry floating of additional equipments and technical clearance of equipments
