Role & responsibilities

We at PMC Exports are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team and support our estimating department with UK-based construction projects, including tender preparation, document management, and accurate quantity take-offs.
- Review and organise tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BoQs for UK-based projects.
- Identify missing or unclear information and coordinate with the Business Development team.
- Carry out accurate quantity take-offs from construction drawings.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quantity take-off spreadsheets.
- Organise project documentation and ensure all information is ready for pricing.
- Submit completed take-offs and supporting documentation to the estimating team.




- Develop a good understanding of UK construction standards, terminology, and project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quantities.
- Familiarity with UK construction projects is preferred.
- Highly organised with solid communication skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools.
- 2+ years of experience in estimating, construction, flooring, or a related field is a plus.
