Role Description
The Quantity Surveyor / Draftsman is a full-time, on-site role based in India. The role involves preparing detailed drawings and plans for steel structures and sports infrastructure projects using relevant CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.



Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and preparation of bills of quantities, as well as supporting budgeting and tender documentation. The professional will coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to clarify specifications, resolve design discrepancies, and update drawings based on site conditions or design changes. The role also requires maintaining organized documentation, adhering to safety and quality standards, and contributing to effective project execution and timely delivery.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong drafting skills using CAD software, with experience in structural and architectural drawings.
