Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller to manage outstanding payments, client communications, and ensure smooth cash flow operations. The ideal candidate will handle calls with clients regarding pending payments, follow up through email, and meet clients in person when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients for pending payment follow-ups.
- Handle inbound client calls with professionalism and resolve payment-related queries.
- Draft and send follow-up emails to clients regarding outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and payment status.
- Visit clients when necessary to discuss and resolve payment issues.
- Collaborate with the finance team to update payment trackers and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare regular reports on outstanding balances and collection progress.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
