Role Description
The Certified Medical Coder at Envyedges is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this position, the coder reviews patient records and clinical documentation to assign accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes in alignment with payer and regulatory guidelines. The role involves verifying medical terminology and procedural details, ensuring proper sequencing of codes,



and checking for completeness and consistency of records. The coder collaborates with healthcare providers and internal teams to clarify documentation, resolve coding discrepancies, and support audits and quality checks. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of coding standards, contributing to process improvements, and supporting accurate billing and reimbursement.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Medical Coding skills with proven Coding Experience in ICD, CPT, and HCPCS.
- Candidates should possess RHIT or equivalent Health Information Management credentials and knowledge.
