Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Jaipur. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR administration. The role involves supporting employee relations, addressing queries,



and helping maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The executive will assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. The position also includes coordinating performance management activities, supporting recruitment processes, and collaborating with management to enhance HR processes and employee engagement.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to handle core HR functions.
- Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR administration.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address employee concerns and promote a respectful, team-oriented work environment.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, with experience in implementing and maintaining HR guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human
