Role Overview

We are looking for a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, candidates, vendors and other stakeholders visiting the office.

The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour and solid organisational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Manage the reception/front desk and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors.
- Greet and assist guests, candidates, clients and vendors professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor access.
- Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments/persons.
- Receive and manage courier, postal and other office deliveries.




- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing couriers.

Office Administration
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance and other facility vendors.
- Ensure the reception and common areas are maintained professionally.
- Monitor basic office supplies and coordinate replenishment with the Admin/HR team.
- Assist with meeting room bookings and meeting arrangements.
- Support internal events, employee engagement activities and office celebrations.
- Maintain basic administrative records and documentation.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong interpersonal and people-handling skills.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
