Job Title: HR Recruiter – Blue Collar & IT Hiring

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter experienced in both blue-collar and IT recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Manage bulk/blue-collar hiring for operational roles.
- Recruit for IT and non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and close positions within timelines.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.
- Handle offer, documentation, and joining follow-ups.

Blue-Collar Hiring Experience:
- Experience hiring roles such as operators, technicians, drivers, tailors,electrician plumbers, helpers, security personnel, production workers, housekeeping staff, etc.
- Ability to handle walk-in drives, bulk hiring, and local candidate sourcing.




- Knowledge of local hiring channels and field recruitment methods.

IT Recruitment Experience:
- Experience sourcing candidates for roles such as Software Developers, QA/Testers, Support Engineers, System Administrators, Data/Cloud professionals, etc.
- Basic understanding of IT skills, job descriptions, and technical screening requirements.
- Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals for IT sourcing.

Requirements:
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in both blue-collar and IT hiring preferred.
- Valuable communication, sourcing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
