Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage digital form processing, documentation, and portal registrations at Karmika Seva Kendra (KSK) centers. The primary responsibility involves accurately entering citizen data into government portals, scanning/uploading documents, and assisting unorganized sector workers with completing online applications for social security and welfare schemes.

Key Responsibilities
- Online Form Filling & Registration:
- Enter and verify beneficiary information accurately into government web portals and database systems.
- Input personal details, employment history, dependent information, and contact credentials.
- Document Digitization & Verification:
- Scan, resize, format, and upload mandatory identity and income proofs (e.g., Aadhaar card, bank passbooks, ration cards, and certificates).




- Maintain proper file-naming conventions and ensure document clarity before submission.
- Beneficiary Assistance & Data Verification:
- Assist applicants with mobile OTP verification, photo uploads, and basic application checks.
- Explain basic form requirements in simple Hindi to applicants requiring digital assistance.
- Status Tracking & Record Maintenance:
- Track application reference numbers, maintain entry logs, and update status sheets.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly data entry and service logs to center administrators.
- Coordinate with center officials for application approvals and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
Minimum 12th Pass (PUC / Higher Secondary); Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Valuable typing speed and high accuracy in data entry.
- Hands-on familiarity with computers, scanners, printers, and web browsers.
