Job Summary: Responsible for leading and managing end-to-end MEP design activities for R&D; laboratory projects, ensuring timely delivery, technical excellence, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description:

Strategic

1. Design Innovations.

2. Strategic Planning for Projects.

3. Resources management & building a strong team

4. Vendor/Consultant Development

5. Interaction with Vendors for Trusted/Well established productive products.

6. Identify issues causing risk or delay to the project.

7. Ensure management of the MEP design process in accordance with company policy, procedures and the Design Management Plan

Operational

1. Plan, manage, lead, control MEP design work and the team

2. Reviewing KRA

3. Daily progress with Team

4. Training to team as required

5. Provide resolution of design issues

6. Manage the MEP design including all inputs,



coordination and deliverables to achieve the time, cost, and quality objectives

7. Reviewing the multi-view as-built drawings of HVAC systems using AutoCAD & REVIT-MEP

8. Reviewing MEP equipment selection and sizing.

9. Reviewing MEP layouts and complete Tender.

10. Preparing and implementing inspection, testing procedures and quality assurance plan to check self & team output; ensuring adherence to the pre-set quality standards in order to deliver error-free output and maintaining relevant documents for future reference; preparing design documents for auditing as per ISO standards.

Due Diligence

1. Visiting Site for Due Diligence reports as per the companys policy.

2. Thumb rule calculation for MEP services.
